Maattrraan

Conjoined twins Vimalan and Akhilan find themselves entangled in a deadly web tied to their father’s company. As they uncover what initially seems like routine corruption, they stumble upon a much larger conspiracy with global implications, forcing them to fight for truth and survival in a world where powerful forces will stop at nothing to hide their secrets.

Maattrraan includes significant location shooting in Western Norway, where key sequences and visuals were filmed across rugged Norwegian settings. The production captured scenes in multiple scenic areas that effectively stand in for international backdrops: Stranda, Norddal, Rauma, Kristiansund, Aurland and Voss. These locations are known for dramatic fjords, mountain roads, and expansive natural landscapes — environments that complement the film’s globe-spanning thriller tone and provide striking visual contrast to its Indian narrative.
