The Seed

In the third season of Arctic Circle, investigators Max and Thea travel to Spitsbergen in search of Max’s missing nephew. What begins as a personal investigation soon intersects with a controversial seed company takeover and political pressure emanating from Brussels, drawing them into a web of international intrigue and escalating danger. Filming in Svalbard provides an authentic High Arctic setting that reinforces the series’ themes of isolation, geopolitics, and environmental stakes.
