2018 – Oslo

22 July is a three-part dramatic account of Norway’s worst terrorist attack, examining the events of the day itself, the experiences of survivors, and the political and legal aftermath that followed. The film focuses on the resilience of Norwegian society in the face of extremism and violence, telling the story through multiple perspectives rather than a single protagonist. Key sequences were filmed in Norway, including Oslo, with the Utøya island scenes recreated at Sørbråten to allow filming in a controlled and respectful environment.
