The Call of the Wild

This feature adaptation of Jack London’s novel follows a government mail carrier struggling to survive the harsh Yukon during the Klondike era, alongside Buck, a dog forced into life as a sled animal. The production used Norwegian landscapes to stand in for the North American wilderness, filming key sequences at Dælivannet in Bærum, where a “Dawson City” set was built for the shoot.
